What we collect
When you place an order, request a sample or write to the studio we collect the details needed to answer you and to deliver your piece: your name, delivery and billing address, e-mail address, telephone number and order history. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on this site.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, arrange white-glove delivery, answer enquiries, handle warranty and after-sales requests and — only if you ask for it — to send the studio newsletter. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
This site uses the cookies required to run the shop (cart contents and session) and anonymised analytics. You can refuse non-essential cookies in your browser without losing access to the shop.

Retention
