1. About these terms
These terms govern purchases from MAISON MARCELIN LLC through maisonmarcelin.xyz. Placing an order means you accept them.
2. Made-to-order pieces
Most furniture is built after your order is confirmed. Lead times are estimates given in good faith and start from the day you approve the finish or fabric sample. Timber and stone are natural materials: variation in grain, colour and veining is expected and is not a defect.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the time of order unless a trade or contract agreement states otherwise.
4. Delivery
White-glove delivery is complimentary on orders over $500 within the contiguous United States. You are responsible for confirming that the piece will fit through doorways, lifts and stairwells; measurements are listed on every product page and we are happy to advise before you order.
5. Cancellation and returns
Because made-to-order furniture is produced specifically for you, it cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun. Ready-to-ship accessories and lighting may be returned within 30 days unused and in original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Warranty
Structural frames, joinery and stone are warranted for ten years against manufacturing defect. Upholstery, finishes and wear from normal use are excluded. Warranty service is repair-first, in keeping with the way the pieces are made.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
