Delivery
All furniture is delivered by a two-person white-glove team who carry the piece into your room of choice, assemble it where required and remove every piece of packaging. Delivery is complimentary on orders over $500 within the contiguous United States; below that a flat fee is calculated at checkout.
Lead times
Made-to-order pieces take six to nine weeks from approval of your finish or fabric sample, plus transit of five to fifteen working days depending on destination. Upholstered seating sits at the longer end. If you have a fixed date — a move, a shoot, a dinner — tell us before ordering and we will confirm whether it is achievable.
Samples
We post physical timber, stone and fabric samples free of charge before production begins. Nothing is cut until you have approved the sample in writing.
Returns
Ready-to-ship accessories and lighting may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging; return carriage is paid by the customer. Made-to-order furniture is produced specifically for you and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Inspect the piece with the delivery team still present. Note any damage on the delivery paperwork and photograph it, then write to Contact@maisonmarcelin.xyz within 48 hours. We repair, refinish or replace at our cost.
Care
Dust oiled timber with a dry cloth and refresh the oil once or twice a year with the hard-wax oil supplied. Wipe stone spills promptly and avoid acidic cleaners. Replacement covers, touch-up oil and spare parts are available for every piece we have made.
